Signature Reflexology
This is reflexology as it should be, unhurried, intuitive and completely tailored to you. Using precise pressure techniques applied to the feet, your treatment works with your body’s own reflexes to release tension, restore balance and encourage deep relaxation from the inside out. Girls Night In: Reflexology & Face Mask for Two

Sometimes your body just needs permission to completely let go. This deeply soothing aromatherapy massage is designed to melt away tension from head to toe, with a focus on the back, neck and shoulders where we carry the most stress, while still treating the whole body to the care it deserves.
Using carefully selected aromatherapy oils tailored to your individual needs on the day, you will leave feeling lighter, looser and genuinely restored. Please note this treatment is currently available at set times only from my treatment room in Thelwall.
Reflexology for Teens
Teenage years can be really tough. Hormonal changes, exam pressure, busy social lives, anxiety, poor sleep and feeling overwhelmed are all incredibly common for young people and yet so often go unsupported.
Reflexology provides a calm, gentle space for teenagers to properly unwind and reset. Many parents find it helpful for supporting their teenager with hormonal balance, sleep, anxiety and the general stress of school life. Treatments are tailored entirely to what your teenager needs most on the day.
Recommended for ages 14 to 18. A parent or guardian is welcome to stay for the treatment if preferred.
