About Dawn

My journey supporting women began in 2013 when I trained as a Hypnobirthing teacher. Sitting with women during one of the most significant times of their lives, watching them feel calmer and more in control, was the most rewarding work I had ever done. I loved it.

In 2017 I qualified as a Complementary Therapist and added reflexology to my practice, initially to support the pregnant women I was already working with even further. The two felt like a perfect fit, both rooted in the same belief that when a woman feels calm, supported and truly looked after, everything else becomes more manageable.

And then an opportunity came along that was hard to turn down. I returned to my 20+ year career in digital marketing, going on to build and sell a successful online PR platform and work as a marketing consultant supporting female led wellness brands across the UK and globally. 

But something was always pulling me back.

The human connection. The real impact. The sense of community that comes from knowing the women who live around you and making their lives genuinely easier to manage.

Earlier this year I made the decision to come back to my therapies fully. To swap the strategy decks for the moment a woman closes her eyes, takes a breath and actually relaxes for the first time in weeks.

I am at that stage of life myself. I understand what it feels like when things start to shift, when you don’t quite feel like yourself, when you are running on empty and cannot remember the last time you properly switched off. I get it because I have lived it.

And reflexology genuinely helps. I have seen it in my clients time and time again.

So here I am. Back in Lymm, doing work I love, supporting women who deserve to feel their best. It has come full circle and it feels exactly right.
